Visited 7-8 properties in two days. I was pleasantly surprised when the last home visited on the second day filled most requirements and was right at the price point I was looking for. Christy made a prompt and successful offer I proposed which she felt was fair to both parties. Turned out to be a great buy for me. I was fully anticipating a counteroffer that never came. Even as a cash buyer, I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went from offer to closing. Especially given the fact I was at a distance. E-signing was easy as was the transfer of funds on two different occasions. Christy was great and was a fantastic agent for me.

I would definitely recommend Christy. Communication was excellent. Her understanding that we weren’t familiar with the city was outstanding. We bought our house sight unseen so we were very nervous. She answered our phone calls and questions immediately and if she couldn’t she’d text us and give us the time when she could return our call. She is still helping us with questions we have and the sale is closed.
